History

The Equicom Group was founded in 1996 with a vision to become the recognized leader in investor relations and related services in Canada by providing unparalleled strategic insights with the resources to implement them. Equicom has come a long way in realizing its vision by consistently delivering communication strategies for issuers that enhance the value and utility of their public listings.

In June 2007, we were acquired by TSX Group, an organization that shares our vision and our commitment to best practices in investor communications, governance and disclosure. As a TSX Company we are building on our earlier success by helping our public company issuers take their investor relations responsibilities to the next level.

Equicom is also expanding its service offerings.
