Ventus Wind Energy IPO Presentation 2006

The answer is blowing in the wind.
In 2003, two investment bankers formed a small company focused on developing clean and efficient energy. After some very successful private equity raises, the company was ready to take its story to the capital markets.

Its mission? To convince the investment community to fund the development stage of a wind park on the west coast of Prince Edward Island.

Our challenge was to develop a compelling story, one that illustrated the company’s strategy to make money from air. With products such as videos, scripts, webcasts and presentations all developed by Equicom, management took its story across the country.

Now, it’s the first and only Canadian wind developer to export energy to the U.S. markets.
